Shipping
ØTYPE shirts are made to order. That means there’s no warehouse full of tees waiting to ship. Each piece is printed just for you after purchase.
Garments are printed and shipped from fulfillment centers located across the U.S. You’ll receive tracking info once your order hits the road.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we’re unable to change the destination once the order is submitted.
- Production time: 2–5 business days

- USA: Economy (4–8 business days), Standard (2–5 business days)

Shirts are packed in secure, self-sealing poly mailers with high-adhesion strips and a protective UV-coated interiors. Larger orders may arrive in corrugated boxes. Every item is professionally folded and sealed for a smooth unboxing experience.
Returns
Because each piece is custom made, all sales are final — we don’t offer returns or exchanges due to sizing or change of heart. We encourage you to check our Size Guide before ordering. As with all garment production, slight measurement variances (within 1") are considered standard across sizes.
Our shirts are garment-dyed, which means subtle color variations are normal and part of what makes them so unique. These tones are meant to feel lived-in, and may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.
We use direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technology, which may result in slight shifts in ink density; especially on darker fabrics. This can give the design a somewhat vintage or textured look, which is part of the charm of DTG printing on garment-dyed shirts. If your print arrives significantly faded, misaligned, or flawed, let us know and we’ll take care of it.
All that said, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or wildly off, we’ll make it right. Just Contact Us within 14 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the issue.
