A: We use Comfort Colors 1717 blanks. They're preshrunk, true to size, and listed in our Size Guide for easy reference.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Most orders are printed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location. For full details, visit our Shipping & Returns page.
Q: Can I return or exchange a shirt?
A: We print each shirt to order, which means all sales are final. But if your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right. Reach out via our Contact Us page.
Q: Are your shirts eco-friendly?
A: Yes! We print using water-based OEKO-TEX certified inks on ethically sourced U.S. cotton shirts. For more on our materials and production, visit About Our Shirts.
Q: Do you use AI in your design process?
A: Yes; in a way that’s intentional, ethical, and transparently human.
At ØTYPE, we treat AI as a creative partner, not a shortcut. Every design starts with human concepting: moodboards, sketches, visual motifs. We use AI to help us explore and evolve those ideas, then take them back into our hands for refinement — masking, adjusting, and hand-editing until the piece feels just right.
Some works feature hand-drawn backgrounds with AI-assisted silhouettes. Others use visual outputs as a springboard for manual composition. But every design is shaped by us with direction, curation, and care.
We believe art can exist at the intersection of instinct and innovation. And we’re proud to be part of that conversation; openly, with both integrity and excitement.
Q: What is your stance on AI usage in art?
A: We see our process as a dialogue between human and machine, intuition, and intention. Each piece begins with a vision and grows through collaboration, shaped by instinct, iteration, and the mutual aspiration to create something truly unique. As this relationship evolves, so will our work. What we can create together is limited only by imagination; it’s organic, unpredictable, and infinitely open.
For us, this kind of collaboration carries a rare magic: the quiet thrill of creation, the spark between artist and algorithm, the shared breath before a dream becomes form. We think that’s special, and worth exploring.
